MMR is seeking a Graphic Designer that is responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas, engage audiences, and support brand identity. This role combines creativity, technical skills, and collaboration to produce high-quality design across print and digital platforms.

This in-office position is located at the company’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and will report to Jennifer Macha, Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-impact creative assets across multiple channels that translate business strategy into visual communication
  • Independently create high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • Marketing materials – brochure, presentation decks, one pagers, social media graphics, MMR Cookbook, tradeshow collateral
    • Internal communications –quarterly magazine, intranet design, email marketing
    • Event branding – annual Christmas party, client events (e.g., Mardi Gras, Masters, hunting and fishing excursions), internal events (e.g., MMR Madness, dodgeball tournament, luncheons), annual fishing tournament, and more
  • Environmental graphics – equipment wraps, office graphics, suite designs
  • Build and manage scalable design systems and templates to enable consistency across 30+ locations
  • Elevate creative quality, continuously advancing the organization’s visual standard and your own personal skillset
  • Be a solution-oriented, team player that contributes to the overall success of the marketing department

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field is preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing past design and production work is required. Please be prepared to share examples of work when applying.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in design and visual communications is required.

Required Skills:

  • A solid understanding of design principles, visual composition and typography
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to implement recurring feedback
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience building and maintaining a consistent visual brand identity across all channels

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in photography and/or videography
