About the Role
We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to support the marketing team in developing brand guidelines, logo, brand collateral, and presentations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in graphic design across a variety of mediums, with prior luxury experience being a plus.
Responsibilities
- Creating guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
- Ideate and establish consistent visual aesthetics across different mediums and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with marketing, content studio, and project management teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the brand's identity and goals
- Produce high-quality deliverables and generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards
- Stay up to date on design trends and best practices to ensure that all graphics are creative and on-brand
- Support in the development of new logos, brand guidelines, and pitch decks for the marketing team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of events and marketing experience
- Strong communication skills, knowing how to take understand and translate complex ideas to various teams
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong creativity and ability to think commercially
- Ability to lead collaboratively within a matrix environment
- Passion for making work that stands out and makes a difference for our audience
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities are a plus
