Job Description

St. Joseph’s Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring the St. Joseph’s Health brand to life through impactful, high-quality design across a range of touchpoints - from brochures and print to social media and other digital assets. As a key member of the marketing & communications team, you’ll collaborate with cross functional partners to translate strategy into thoughtful design that is engaging, effective, and elevates the St. Joseph’s Health brand. In this role, you will lead visual design projects from concept to execution, ensuring that all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a passion for design and storytelling, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools; solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word)
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, composition, typography, visual hierarchy and branding for both digital media and print.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Ability to execute within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Skilled in Video/Motion Graphics (a plus but not required).

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
