The Graphic Designer focuses on designing and developing the visual aspects of product artwork, marketing materials, and packaging to support and enhance our brand image. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to create visually appealing solutions that effectively communicate our products and services.
General Responsibilities
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of graphics, layouts, and visual elements for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital content, actively participating in design development processes.
• Develop visually compelling content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and industry events such as trade shows and conferences, with a focus on creative innovation and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to gather insights and information, transforming strategic directions into advanced, high-quality designs that align with established brand guidelines.
• Maintain and enhance consistency in visual identity across all channels, ensuring adherence to brand standards and a unified look and feel throughout various communications.
• Oversee and improve the design and uploading process for project materials and digital assets, supporting seamless workflow and efficient asset management.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
