We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of design principles, and experience working in the IT industry. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging visuals for digital and print media to enhance brand presence and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video edits for social media and promotional content (if applicable).
• Work closely with developers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and visual communications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in designing marketing collateral for digital and print media.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end design principles.
• Experience in branding, corporate identity design, and product packaging.
• Previous experience in B2B or SaaS-based IT companies.
