Job Title: Graphic Designer

Schedule: M-F, 9AM -6PM Pacific Time

Salary: $900 - $1300/month

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will focus on designing a variety of digital assets, including but not limited to email campaigns, affiliate banners, social media ads, and website graphics

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce newsletters and marketing materials across email, affiliate, paid social, and homepage/website channels
• Create graphic sketches, visual concepts, and copy layouts for a range of digital applications
• Determine layout, type styles, and overall design based on brand guidelines, visual principles, and available space
• Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all creative assets
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to use performance data and feedback to optimize design assets
• Continuously iterate and refine campaign creatives based on marketing performance metrics
• Support special projects and other graphic design needs as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience creating digital content for a fashion or lifestyle brand
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• English fluency required; additional languages are a plus
