Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, prepares visual presentations (i.e. digital campaigns,printads,directmail,signage,brochures,etc.)by designingart andcopy layoutsusinggraphicdesignsoftware.

PrimaryDuties &Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver collateral through various channels which includes website and digital, as well asdesigningstatic collateral for print.
• Followandunderstandbrandguidelinesandbe responsibleforthe qualityandaccuracyofallcollateral.
• Develop creative from scratch and produce campaigns that are on brand and used across all platformsutilizingdigital,printandanimation.
• Selectcolors,fonts,photos,andotherdesignelementsthathelpeffectivelycommunicatecampaigngoals.
• Ensure creative designs are formatted correctly for all mediums used, including color for print, bleed,layout,sizing, etc.
• Thinkingcreativelyandcontributingnewideasandconceptstoadvertisingcampaigns.
• Ensuretimely coordinationandcompletionofprojects;mustbedeadline driven.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphicfiles.
• Workwiththe MarketingTeamto bringideasto life andmake suremessagingisonpoint
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of materials, discussing them with clients and/or supervisors andmakingnecessarychanges.
• Presentfinalizedideas,concepts,anddesigntotheMarketingTeamforreviewandapproval.
• Resizeartwork forvariousmediacreatedinternally andbyagencyofrecord.
• Passionateabout designandstayingcurrentwithindustrytrends.
• Workwithexternalvendorsproducingallprintcollateraltogatherrequiredinformationforsubmission.
• As directed by theDirector of Marketing, work directly with the internal team to facilitate the productionofpromotional pieces andcampaignmaterials.
• Prepare advertisements for publications including file finalizing, packaging, and transferring files to teamandagency.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; followingmanufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; maintaining equipment inventories;evaluatingnewequipment/software.
• GreetallguestsandTeamMembersinafriendly,openmanner.
• MaintainknowledgeofallcurrentandupcomingpromotionsandeventsatOdawaCasinoResort.
• Assistwithpromotionaldrawings,specialevents,andgiveawaysonthecasinofloorandoutsideeventssuchas paradesorother communityeventsas needed
• Completeallrequiredtrainingsatisfactorily.
• Maintainthehighest levelofconfidentialityatalltimes.
• Workatother propertiesasneeded.
• Perform allotherdutiesassignedwithinthescope ofwork.

MinimumQualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Advertising with one (1) year of graphic design experience, or anAssociate’sDegree inGraphicDesignorAdvertisingwithtwo (2)yearsofgraphicdesignexperience.
• MustbeexperiencedinAdobe InDesign,Illustrator,AfterAffectsandPhotoshop.
• Strongaestheticandtypography skills.
• Abilitytomulti-taskandwork underpressureinafast-pacedenvironment
• ExperienceworkingwithMicrosoftOffice productsincludingPowerPoint,WordandExcelisrequired.
• Mustpossesstheabilitytoestablishpriorities,workindependently,handleandresolveproblems.
• Exposureto loudandcontinualnoise levelsandasmoke-filledenvironment.
• Must be flexible with shifts and days off with ability to work weekends, holidays, special events, etc., asneeded.
• Localin-townandout-of-towntravelmay be required.
• You may be required to pass a skills assessment test to determine if you meet the minimum qualificationsof theposition.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the LTBB GamingRegulatory Commissionandbe abletoserveinthe positionunderanyotherapplicable law.
