| Join our marketing team of 5 + Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a highly capable Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role suits an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and enjoys working across a broad mix of digital, print, and campaign-led projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering creative assets that bring the Snowy River Caravans brand to life across customer touchpoints, from digital campaigns and product launches to events, print collateral, and dealer marketing. While this is not a people-management role, it carries strong ownership and accountability for creative output.

The Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is perfect for a Graphic Designer with over 5 years of experience in-house or agency-side. You'll work collaboratively with our team on all stages of the design process, from concept development to production and roll-out, helping to elevate the Snowy River brand across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process across campaigns, product launches, and always-on marketing activity
• Translate briefs into clear, engaging, and commercially effective design solutions across digital and print
• Deliver high-quality creative assets including digital ads, EDMs, social media content, brochures, POS, signage, and event collateral
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while continuously evolving the visual identity
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to develop campaign concepts and creative directions
• Contribute to ideation and creative problem-solving, offering solutions that enhance brand engagement and customer experience
• Design with a digital-first mindset, considering usability, motion, transitions, and interaction where relevant
• Produce and adapt artwork efficiently for multiple formats, platforms, and dealer requirements
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Prepare files accurately for production, print, and digital delivery, ensuring attention to detail at every stage

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer in an in-house or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital, print, and campaign work. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Confidence working across both brand-led and performance-driven creative. • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team. • Proven experience managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines. • Familiarity with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro
