Job Description


This company is a GTM strategy and execution firm that operates a system of specialized agencies underneath one umbrella: SR Studio (narrative/content), SR Growth (pipeline/paid), SR Strategic Sales (revenue), SR RevOps (operations), and SR Experiences (events). We work with seed-to-Series B startups as embedded fractional GTM partners.
This role is our Shared Design Resource — an internal creative that serves every agency. They are not client-facing in meetings, but their work ships to clients daily. The person who fills this role will become the visual and creative backbone of Second Rodeo.

Graphic Design (Primary — ~50% of time)

  • Design ad creative for LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit campaigns across multiple clients

  • Create social media graphics, carousels, and visual assets for SR Studio content

  • Design sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and proposal templates for SR Strategic Sales

  • Build event materials, branded collateral, and merchandise concepts for SR Experiences

  • Produce data visualizations, dashboard mockups, and report templates for SR RevOps

  • Maintain and extend brand systems for SR and its clients

Video & Audio Editing (~30% of time)

  • Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio and video) — SR produces a content series called Trail Maps

  • Cut podcast episodes into short-form clips for social distribution (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

  • Edit documentary-style narrative video content produced by SR Studio

  • Basic motion graphics and text overlays for social video

  • Audio cleanup — leveling, background noise removal, and polish on podcast recordings

Web Design (~20% of time)

  • Build and maintain client landing pages and marketing sites in Framer and Webflow

  • Design and implement responsive web layouts and conversion-focused landing pages

  • Update and iterate on existing client sites based on campaign needs and performance data

  • Create web-based assets, embedded graphics, interactive elements, and email templates


Requirements


Must-haves:

  • Strong portfolio showing graphic design range — ad creative, social assets, brand collateral, presentation design

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva

  • Comfortable working in Framer and Webflow for web design and landing page builds

  • Video editing capability — able to edit a full podcast episode and produce short-form social cuts (FinalCut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript)

  • Basic audio editing (cleaning up podcast audio, leveling, removing background noise)

  • Comfortable working across multiple clients and agencies simultaneously

  • Self-directed; can take a creative brief and deliver without heavy oversight

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or startup marketing contexts

  • Motion graphics capability (After Effects or similar)

  • Understanding of ad platform creative specs (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)

  • Experience with brand identity systems

  • Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows
