Suffolk’s Graphic Designer is a creative thinker who is passionate about making an impact through design. In this role, you’ll help bring the brand to life across a wide range of communications and marketing content, delivering thoughtful, well-crafted visual solutions that help Suffolk stand out in a competitive market.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to grow. You’ll work closely with creative team members and teammates to produce compelling work across print, digital, video, and presentation formats, supporting initiatives that help transform the construction industry.

You’ll also be part of a collaborative, ambitious creative team producing award-winning work across multiple channels, partnering with writers, designers, videographers, project managers and marketing leaders to deliver impactful creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, on-brand design solutions across print, digital, environmental, and social channels
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns, brand communications, and internal and external content
  • Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, client pursuits, industry conferences, and internal strategic initiatives
  • Translate marketing strategies and messaging into clear visual solutions
  • Collaborate with creative team members to maintain brand consistency and quality across all deliverables
  • Work closely with writers, designers, videographers, project managers and marketing partners to develop creative solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously from concept through production
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital execution
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Incorporate feedback and creative direction while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, either in an agency or in-house environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience designing high-stakes presentations for senior leadership, clients, or industry audiences
  • Knowledge of print production and preparing files for vendors
  • Awareness of current design and digital trends
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position (Graphic Designer) in US-MA-Boston is between $78,000 and $106,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk’s total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy. Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
