Clear-Com is currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning designs across various platforms. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role will be hybrid based out of Alameda, CA or Carlsbad, CA.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High level of Technical, Computer-Graphic Skills and use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
Experience in both digital and print design.
Creativity and Artistic Skills. A talent for creating unique and practical design elements—that are also effective (from a marketing standpoint).
Experience with and expertise in creating PowerPoint presentation.
Experience with design for effective email marketing communications.
Experience with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Experience in multimedia production, motion graphics and video editing software.
Experience with project management.
Final Cut Pro Studio experience a plus.

Pay Range: $70,304 - $87,500. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
