We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this role suits a capable and confident designer ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow under strong creative leadership.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid layout skills and strong design fundamentals, with illustration and/or animation skills considered a significant advantage.

What You'll Work On

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing collateral across print and digital platforms.
• Create campaign assets including brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, EDMs and presentation materials.
• Develop strong layouts for property marketing materials, capability documents and branded templates.
• Assist in rolling out campaign concepts under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer.
• Contribute creative ideas and support brand development across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets aligned to project launches.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms in line with established guidelines.
• Support the Senior Graphic Designer in executing larger campaign and branding initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to take a brief and execute it with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Illustration skills (digital or hand-rendered) highly regarded.
• Basic animation or motion graphics capability (After Effects or similar) advantageous.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
