EFG is majority owned by RMA Group Thailand, with minority holdings by Lombard Investments Thailand and local shareholder partners in Laos and Myanmar.

EFG Laos, we have operated in Vientiane Capital, Pakse and Luangprabang provinces including The Pizza Company, Swensens, Dairy Queen, Texas Chicken, Hungry App, Boost Juice and Kamu Tea! Our team is growing and we are looking for a new talent to join us.

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate, coordinate, liaison, and work closely with Marketing and Operation team, store duty team and franchisors as artwork designing matters.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers needs accordingly to brand and operations guideline and requirement.
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
  • Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
  • Photograph new LTO (Limited Time Offers) and film TikTok Videos as necessary.
  • Other ad hoc assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • Any degree or certification related to Marketing and/or Graphic Design preferred (not necessary)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe designing tools and good skills in Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) would be an advantage
  • Relevant working experiences in artwork creation and designing required (2 years mininum preferred)
  • Good Lao-English languages competency preferred (written)
  • Demonstrate excellent designing, innovative / creative and teamwork skills
