Key Responsibilities

Digital Design & Email Marketing

• Design and deploy a weekly email newsletter built in Illustrator and distributed via Constant Contact
• Create digital ads, email campaigns, and educational materials with a strong eye for graphics

Print & Brand Materials

• Design displays, banners, and branded materials for organizational use
• Develop messaging and visuals for fundraising campaigns

Presentations & Event Content

• Design polished PowerPoint presentations for daily organizational use
• Create event content and visual assets for the organization's president conference

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
• Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet quick turnaround deadlines
• Background in nonprofit or educational design a plus
