JOB PURPOSE

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead Design, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our communications efforts.
• The incumbent will report to Senior Manager – Creative and Content Shared Services and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Conceptualizing Visual Stories: Creating a clear and compelling narrative through visuals, considering the target audience and message - Visualization and design of PowerPoint decks, learning modules, quick reference guides, workshop materials, mailers, campaigns, brochures, posters, online newsletters, videos and other branding and communication materials Create internal as well as external (social/digital) designs for business/leader updates/stories Act as the custodian of the corporate brand, ensuring all guidelines, style guides, and template used are correct and aligned
• Instructional Design: Strong expertise in adult learning principles and enterprise enablement design
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in choosing appropriate chart types and visualization techniques to convey data effectively Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and visual storytelling. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output in all visual materials. Responsibility to deliver projects against tight deadlines Handling sensitive data responsibly and in compliance with data privacy regulations. Create and implement monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery
• Feedback and Evaluation: Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and focusing on skills development and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design/fine arts
• Proven hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing with either a creative agency/communications team in an organization

EXPERIENCE

• 8-10 years of experience in the field of design including internal and corporate communications
• Experience in the marketing/communication department of organizations/agencies
• Must have knowledge of Instructional Design principles and Adobe Captivate
• Must have knowledge of Infographics, graphic design as well as video editing
• Ability for quick turn arounds on MS PowerPoint decks for the senior leadership
• Understanding of healthcare is a plus
• Very strong communication skills

• Video Editing - 7/10
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc. to create visually appealing and effective visuals, designs and videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate is a must
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and Excel
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
• Detailed-oriented with strong documentation and tracking skills
• View challenges as opportunities and offer potential solutions
• The capability to tell a compelling story or convey a message through visuals
• Innovative thinking to come up with unique and engaging infographic concepts

• Flexibility to adjust to different design styles and adapt to overlapping working hours with US team.
• Effectively communicate with Onsite leads and managers for status, metrics, and issues on a regular basis
