Goodwill of the Great Plains is seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to help bring our mission to life through strategic marketing, creative design, and meaningful community partnerships. Wages: $24.04 hourly

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience with graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar programs.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with experience creating engaging, brand-aligned content; familiarity with current trends preferred.
Strong writing skills; experience in creative content development or journalism needed.
Event planning or coordination experience preferred but not required.
Maintain and evolve the organization’s visual brand across all platforms (web, social, print, and physical spaces).
Design high-impact marketing materials, including community toolkits, print signage, and social media content.
Translate complex community data, goals, and feedback into beautiful, easy-to-understand infographics and visualizations.
Create visual storytelling of our community impact through photography.
Plan and execute community events that feel "on-brand" and welcoming.
Maintain a visual social media calendar that balances promotional posts with community partnership and mission storytelling.
