About the role

As Graphic Design Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions across ourContinenceCare category inNorth America Acting as the link between internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will ensure that design execution istimely, aligned with brand guidelines, and adapted to local market needs.

Working in a matrix organization, you will manage multiple design flows simultaneously-balancing strategic input with hands-on coordinationand planningYou’llcollaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Packaging, and suppliers to ensure each design meets business, regulatory, and production requirements whilemaintainingconsistency and efficiency.

This is a hybrid role based inPhiladelphiaThe role reports to the SeniorManagerGraphic and Pack Design,in the Master Brand & Communications Teamin the Continence Care Category.

What You Will Do

  • Artwork Coordination:Ensure the end-to-end delivery of artwork and print files-from input gathering,managing translationsto finalartworkapproval across stakeholders, andinitiatingprepress work

  • Process Management:Coordinate parallel design workflows, ensuring timelines are metand deliverablesremainaligned with plansWe’reright now in a transition phase, andexperience from working in artwork systems is a requirement.

  • Agency Collaboration:Brief external design agencies, assign tasks, and provide structured feedback on artwork and concepts

  • Stakeholder Alignment:Independently lead and collaborate withingcross-functional teamsacross geographies,including Marketing, Packaging, and Brand to ensurequality in output, efficientprocessesandtimelydeliveries

  • Design Implementation:Adapt master designs across product variants and markets while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines

  • Quality & Compliance:Safeguard high standardsof design quality and ensure production feasibility, including print considerationsas well as regulatoryand quality requirements due tomedical device classification in EU.

  • Continuous Improvement:Contribute to efficient workflows and cost optimization by identifyingsmarter design and production solutions

You combine attention to detail with a broader perspective, always ensuring that designs meet brand guidelines, market needs, and businessobjectives

You have:

  • Higher education within relevantfield,e.g.Graphic Design
  • Experience in graphic design developmentandartwork coordination, with a deepunderstanding of artwork creation workflowsand knowledge from working in artwork systems
  • Experience fromprinting processes, in particular Flexo printing is important
  • Strongproject managementskillswithin a cross-functional environment, with a capability to visualize time plans andcreate alignment on thresholds and milestones
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
