Job Category: MarketingAnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Graphic Design Intern that will support the Marketing team by assisting with the creation and production of various marketing and design projects. This role provides hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and creative collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
Under the direct supervision of Creative Marketing Director, the Graphic Design Intern is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including social graphics, presentations, emails, flyers, and promotional assets.
- Support the Creative Marketing Director and Marketing team with design updates, revisions, and production tasks.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all creative projects.
- Prepare files and assets for internal use, presentations, and vendor production.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Organize and manage project files and creative assets.
- Learn and follow company compliance and brand guidelines.
- Assist with basic website or digital content updates as needed.
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate project status proactively.
- Contribute to team projects and provide general creative support as needed.
- Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, and branding.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with PowerPoint and social media design is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to accept feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position primarily operates in an office or remote office environment and requires extended periods of computer use and sitting.
