Job Description

• Support Operations and internal departments by designing and producing in-store marketing materials, including posters, signages, and other promotional and event collateral for travel retail environments.
• Develop creative concepts and artwork that communicate promotional messages while ensuring strong brand consistency across airport retail touchpoints.
• Perform artwork tracing, resizing, adaptation, and amendments of existing designs to support frequent promotional and operational updates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and other stakeholders to ensure all artworks align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare print-ready artwork files and support production, including printing and finishing of signages, ensuring accuracy and readiness for in-store deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and installation partners to ensure timely execution of retail campaign materials.
• Support visual merchandising setups, promotional campaigns, store openings / refurbishments, events, and seasonal or monthly changeovers across airport locations.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume operational environment.
• Assist in promotional changeovers, which may be conducted remotely or on-site, including after-office hours, overnight implementations, or urgent deployments due to 24/7 store operations.
• Any other ad-hoc projects of assignments as per Management's instructions.
• This role will based in Changi Airport Office to support the 18 Lotte Duty Free stores across the 4 terminals.

Requirements

Preferred Skills / Advantages

• Experience in Box-Up signages, airport retail displays, visual merchandising, and 3D event booth design.
• Understanding of production workflows, materials, and installation requirements for retail and airport environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom).
• Knowledge of 3D software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp is an advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Arts, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and print production in a retail environment.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams, especially Operations.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for bilingual marketing and signage design & execution.
• Willing to support a travel retail environment, including overnight or urgent promotional changeovers when required.
• Strong team player with high adaptability in a fast-paced travel retail setting.
