Job Description

We are offering a 6-month internship to support the Transversal Communications team at SCOR, a global leader in reinsurance, with various large-scale projects to complete in 2026. As an intern, you will gain concrete experience by working on a variety of communication projects and contributing to a wide range of initiatives within the team.

This is the perfect opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during your studies while discovering and learning how a company operates on a daily basis.

  • Assisting the team with creative design tasks, including the development of visual content for various internal and external communications such as advertisements, brochures, infographics, logos, newsletters, photos, reports, posters, etc.
  • Ensuring the respect, consistency, and evolution of SCOR’s visual identity, both internally and externally, to maintain the unity and integrity of the SCOR brand.
  • Supporting employees and internal teams in their content production and communication strategy for projects, events, and targeted communications.
  • Providing occasional support on three major projects planned for 2026: the update of SCOR’s visual identity, the redesign of the website, and the creation of the strategic plan.

Required experience & competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent, to support project follow-up and collaboration with other team members.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Knowledge of web design tools (Adobe XD, Figma) or video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of generative AI is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong command of written and spoken French; good knowledge of English to better communicate with colleagues in different offices.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, autonomy, team spirit, and collaboration.

Required Education

  • Student in a communication/marketing school or a related field, with a specialization in graphic design.
  • Young professionnals (or professional reconversion) searching for a design experience.
  • Looking for a 6-months internship starting between April and Mai 2026.
  • First experience in graphic design/communications is preferred.
