Job Description

WOROOD is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually refined designs that reflect the brand's identity across digital platforms, while also contributing to creative brainstorming sessions, campaign concepts, and content ideas.

This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual stories.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content for Worood's digital platforms, including Instagram carousels, stories, posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and participate actively in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and content ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop cohesive visual directions aligned with Worood's brand identity.
• Design social media assets that balance creativity, elegance, and functionality.
• Support content creation by suggesting visual concepts, layouts, storytelling approaches, and creative executions.
• Create motion-based content and simple animations for social media platforms (preferred).
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, and overall visual language.
• Adapt designs based on campaign needs and different digital formats.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, especially for creating social media carousels, stories, and digital content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas beyond execution.
• Experience with motion design and animated content is preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and digital content formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a premium visual standard.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Understanding of fashion and luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to create mood boards, campaign visuals, and creative presentations.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
