About the Program
The Kiribati Climate Resilient Rural Development (KORAKORA) Program is seeking an experienced and motivated Grants Manager to join our team in Tarawa. This is an exciting opportunity to manage grant investments that support climate resilience, food security, water security, and sustainable development initiatives across Kiribati’s outer islands.
Position Details
Location: Tarawa, Kiribati
Contract: Full-time, 24 months with potential extension
Reports to: Operations and Finance Manager
Travel: Domestic travel within Kiribati as required
Position Status: Open to I-Kiribati applicants
About the Role
The Grants Manager will oversee the program’s grant portfolio, supporting grant selection, due diligence, compliance, financial monitoring, reporting, and capacity building for grantees. You will work closely with community organisations, government partners, and program staff to ensure grants achieve strong development outcomes.
