We are currently seeking a sharp and talented Grants and Agreements Coordinator to support a long-term contract with NOAA's Office for Coastal Management (OCM). The Grants and Agreements Coordinator selected will be responsible for all Acquisition, Administrative and Financial services for the organization. Position supports execution of OCM’s mission, while ensuring compliance with appropriate federal, DOC, NOAA, and NOS laws, regulations, and policies. Work cross cuts and supports all the office’s Regions, Divisions and Programs, and provides technical expertise and support for the following activities:
The ideal Grants and Agreements Coordinator will work with limited guidance and oversight, on analytical duties across multiple functional areas, including but not limited to federal grants and interagency agreements (federal and nonfederal), finance, and communications. This position is responsible for developing reports and analytical products as well as reviewing and critiquing of grants and agreements prepared by technical staff, contractors, consultants, or other stakeholders. The candidate will evaluate program performance, transition activities, and quality management processes by analyzing data, systems, information, and workflows. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills and collaborates effectively within team environments, including both technical and non-technical staff. The position also requires an interest in researching and integrating new technologies into existing workflows and working with management to help define and implement enterprise-level data solutions.
