
Job Description Summary:
The Grants Specialist I is responsible for overseeing, facilitating and coordinating the activities of various County agencies, developers and the public in the submittal, review, and approval of Federal, State and local grants. This position may also negotiate and administer grants, prepare budgets and design instruments for use in data gathering. This position also works with a variety of stakeholders, including the public, health and social service agencies in support of programs. Job Description:
Budgeted Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or in a related field
AND
3-4 years of related experience
OR
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or in a related field AND
1-2 years of related experience
Certifications, Licensures, and Examinations:
Possession of a valid Class "C" non-commercial driver's license with no more than three (3) points. Please be advised this position requires a valid driver's license.

Must comply with all Federal (OSHA), State of Maryland (MOSH), safety regulations and applicable Harford County safety policies, procedures, or manual as required for this position.
