Our Grants Team is currently seeking to appoint a Grant Project Officer to help deliver grant programs that make a tangible difference to communities, the environment and regional outcomes across NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a grants professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating projects, supporting funding programs and contributing to meaningful initiatives from inception through to completion.
As a Grant Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of grant-funded projects and programs across NSW by undertaking grant administration, project coordination, reporting, monitoring and governance activities. You will work closely with internal teams, funding recipients and external stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively, meet compliance requirements and achieve intended outcomes. The team offers a collaborative and supportive environment where continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and high-quality service delivery are highly valued, providing excellent opportunities to develop your grants management and project delivery expertise.
You are a highly organised grants, program or project professional with experience coordinating funding programs, administering grants, managing project documentation or supporting program delivery. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policies, assess information, identify risks and contribute to evidence-based recommendations. Comfortable working across multiple priorities, you demonstrate excellent attention to detail and can effectively manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Your strengths include building positive stakeholder relationships, providing responsive customer service and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve shared outcomes. You are a proactive communicator who can prepare clear reports, briefs and project documentation, while adapting to changing priorities and operational requirements. With a commitment to accountability, integrity and continuous improvement, you enjoy finding practical solutions, supporting successful project outcomes and contributing to grant programs that deliver real benefits across NSW.
