Secures and administers grant programs within the assigned Department, provides technical and grant application assistance as needed, oversees implementation of grants, monitors grant activity for timeliness and compliance, prepares regular process updates and reporting. Additionally, ensures all aspects of programmatic management including procurement; scheduling of public meetings; accurate record keeping for audit purposes; preparation of work plan for construction projects; and develops and reviews executive summaries, resolutions, party agreements, and budget amendments to ensure all are completed according to schedule. Serves as a lead to other Grant Coordinators and specialists.
