Job Shift: 1st Shift, Turn Funding Opportunities Into Real Impact.
Four Oaks is looking for an experienced Grant Manager who knows that a successful grant program is about more than writing a strong proposal. It takes strategy, research, organization, collaboration, data, and the ability to see an opportunity through from application to award and reporting.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record of identifying and securing large-dollar grant funding who can take the lead in strengthening and growing our grant strategy. In this role, you will oversee the full grant lifecycle, supervise and support our existing Grant Writer, identify new funding opportunities, and work closely with Finance, Community & Engagement, program leadership, and other teams across the organization.
If you know how to find the right funding opportunities, build a compelling proposal, keep multiple deadlines moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks after an award is received, we want to hear from you.
This is not an entry-level grant writing position. We are looking for someone who can step in with significant experience and help lead our grant efforts.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are someone who sees a funding opportunity and immediately starts thinking about how the pieces fit together.
You can move between writing a major proposal, reviewing data, working through a budget with Finance, meeting with program leadership, supporting a Grant Writer, and keeping an eye on the next opportunity.
You are organized enough to manage the details but strategic enough to see the bigger picture.
Most importantly, you understand that behind every grant application is an opportunity to bring additional resources to programs that make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities.
More Than a Job. A Chance to Change a Life.
At Four Oaks, grant funding helps turn ideas and community needs into programs, services, and opportunities. As our Grant Manager, your work will directly support our ability to strengthen existing programs, develop new services, and continue making an impact across the communities we serve.
If you are an experienced grant professional who is ready to take ownership, build strategy, and help us pursue what's possible, we want to hear from you.
Apply today and help us turn opportunities into impact.
