Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  Proven track record in grant writing, fundraising, and donor management.

  Strong understanding of donor compliance, funding mechanisms, and reporting requirements.

  Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
