Food and Beverage Associate $16/hr (Cirque du Soleil Shows)

Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate
Pay: $16.00 an hour
Show Dates:
April 8th, 2026 - May 9th, 2026
Wednesday through Sunday - mandatory to work these days.
7:30am - 3:30 PM or 1pm - 9:30pm (Shifts may vary)
Primary responsibility
• Serves customers and manages cash registers;
• Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required; Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely;
• Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly;
• Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties;
• Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins;
• Performs other duties as required after each selling period;
• Will help with setup of concession;
The ideal candidate will
• Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information;
• Be comfortable working in a loud environment;
• Be calm, motivated, polite and courteous;
• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos);
• Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and down stairs frequently;
• Understand customer service and hospitality;
• Work well with others;
• Pay attention to the details;
• Working fast and efficiently under pressure;
• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings);
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor;
• Availability for the whole city duration;
• Speak English Mandatory – other languages are an asset;
Requirements:
• Must have a clear background check.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of customer service.
• Must have a great attitude and personally as you will be interacting with guest/costumers.
• Must be able to communicate English.
Physical Demands:
• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• May also lift up to 50lbs

Experience:
• Concession Stand Worker: 2 years (Required)
