Job Location: Bloomingburg, OH.

Job Type: Seasonal

Shift(s) Available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible)

Compensation: $18.00/hr.

Sign-on Bonus: $2,000.

Job Overview

The Grain Plant Operator supports seasonal grain handling operations by performing loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities across the facility. In this role, you will operate equipment, complete inspections, and assist with basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient grain flow. You will work in a physically demanding, fast-paced agricultural environment where safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Performing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars, filling/reclaiming grain ground piles, and various other grain handling tasks.
  • Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members.
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in cold or warm production settings, including in guarded areas at heights ranging from 4 to 150 feet, while wearing required PPE and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.,
  • climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
