Position Objective: The Grain Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a grain elevator. They must have a strong understanding of grain handling and storage, as well as the ability to manage a team of employees. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
