At Vanderlande Campus Veghel, certain tasks are performed by external companies. To manage this safely, the Corporate HSE department created a Contractor Management Standard, which should be implemented across the company. Currently, this process is not functioning ownership is unclear, and requirements are not followed.
The assignment is to adapt this standard for the Veghel Campus and engage relevant stakeholders. Key objectives include defining local contractor standards, establishing evaluation criteria, selecting suitable tools, and determining essential elements for compliance and monitoring. The goal is a structured, practical contractor management process that ensures safety and accountability.
The task is to implement the Contractor Management Standard at the Veghel Campus. You will be based in the Corporate HSE department but will collaborate closely with the Facilities department and operational teams. The project will involve a high degree of independent work; however, the proposed solution must be discussed and aligned with the relevant stakeholders.
