Specialising in the Education & Training sector, day to day, you will be trained to:
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers- Win new business and negotiate business terms- Build relationships with candidates- Identify new opportunities within the market- Organise interviews- Negotiate salaries and rates- Close deals and earn commission!!
This role is incredibly fast-paced.
We hire on attributes as opposed to experience.
Across our current top billers, we have graduates fresh from university alongside individuals who have spent a few years in a range of careers including the Forces, hospitality, teaching, sales and even professional sport.
If you can show –
- 2:1 + in any subject OR 2 years commercial experience in any setting
- A strong work ethic
- Hunger to earn money & be successful

- Starting basic salary of £24k PLUS £2k commission guaranteed in advance whilst you build your commission pipeline = £26k from Day 1- Up to 20% commission
