Module: SAP BI

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using SAP Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Working with SAP BI/BW (Business Warehouse) to develop data models, extract data, and create reports.

• Assisting with the design and implementation of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP BI tools.

• Supporting SAP BI implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.

• Performing system monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting for SAP BI-related issues.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.

• Engaging in ongoing learning to stay updated on the latest SAP BI technologies and industry best practices.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for all SAP BI processes and reports.

• Assisting in the development of automated data pipelines and workflows for SAP BI solutions.

• Providing technical support for SAP BI users by resolving issues and answering inquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with a CGPA of 3.7 and above

• Knowledge of SQL and Python, and familiarity with Java is an asset

• Understanding of data science and machine learning. Familiarity with data engineering/MLOps is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey analytical findings.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Contribute to the development of automated data pipelines and workflows.
