BMS is a specialist UK consultancy providing expert safety, compliance and environmental monitoring services. Established in 1994, we support organisations in managing risks relating to water hygiene, Legionella, indoor air quality, closed water systems and workplace environments.
We work with a wide range of clients, helping them maintain high standards of safety, compliance and environmental management through practical, expert advice and monitoring services.
Celnor Group is a UK-based environmental services group operating across the Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) landscape. With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, Celnor provides essential services that protect people, property and the environment.
While each business retains its own identity, culture and technical specialism, all are supported by a central group function that invests in people, systems and long-term sustainable growth.
We are looking for a Graduate Water Monitoring Consultant to join BMS, carrying out water monitoring and supporting Legionella risk assessments across a varied portfolio of client properties.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are quite the same. You will visit a range of different sites, carrying out water monitoring, inspections and surveys, while developing your technical knowledge and practical experience in water hygiene and building safety.
You will receive training and support to develop your understanding of water systems, Legionella control and relevant industry guidance. As your experience grows, you will take on greater responsibility for producing reports, identifying risks and providing clients with a consistently high standard of service.
The role will primarily focus on Legionella and water hygiene, with the opportunity to develop further skills in areas such as ventilation surveys and indoor air quality monitoring through additional training.
You’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued. As part of the wider Celnor Group, you’ll benefit from group-wide investment, shared expertise and opportunities to develop your career as the organisation continues to grow.
Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll benefit from a package designed to support you both in and outside of work, including:
A solid benefits package, with your annual leave entitlement growing the longer you’re with the business.
