Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Transport Consultant to join our Transport Planning Practice within the Land Transport & Logistics Service Line. The successful candidate will support a wide range of transport planning, infrastructure advisory, logistics, and analytical assignments across the EMEA region. The primary location for this role is Spain, although candidates based in Colombia and India (Consulting Delivery Centre – CDC) will also be considered.As a Graduate Transport Consultant, you will support the delivery of consulting assignments across our Transport Planning, Transport & Infrastructure Advisory, and Logistics practices. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, you will contribute to projects covering mobility and transport planning, logistics optimization, infrastructure advisory, traffic and revenue studies, and operational assessments across a variety of sectors and geographies.You will support project delivery through data collection and analysis, technical assessments, modelling support, research, reporting, and the preparation of client-facing deliverables. The role provides exposure to multiple disciplines within the Land Transport & Logistics service line, enabling the successful candidate to build a broad consulting skillset while developing areas of technical specialization over time. Responsibilities:· Support the delivery of transport planning, logistics, and transport infrastructure advisory assignments across a variety of sectors and geographies.· Assist with data collection, organisation, validation, and analysis of transport, mobility, demographic, operational, and socioeconomic datasets.· Contribute to demand estimation, traffic forecasting, accessibility assessments, circulation studies, transport impact assessments, and operational analyses.· Support the development of logistics studies, mobility strategies, transport master plans, and multimodal transport solutions.· Assist in analysing the movement of people and goods across transport networks, logistics systems, industrial facilities, and infrastructure developments.· Support technical and commercial activities related to infrastructure advisory projects, including data analysis, benchmarking, due diligence reviews, traffic and revenue studies, and business case development.· Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, client deliverables, and proposal documentation.· Assist in the development of transport models, logistics simulations, and analytical tools under the supervision of senior consultants and modellers.· Participate in project meetings and support project managers in coordinating project activities.· Contribute to proposal and bid development through research, data gathering, technical inputs, and presentation preparation.· Please note that this is not a design role. The position is focused on consulting and advisory activities, as outlined above.

Qualifications:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Logistics, or a related discipline.· 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in transport planning, mobility, logistics, infrastructure advisory, transport analysis, data analytics, or related disciplines.· Understanding of transport systems, mobility concepts, demand estimation, transport infrastructure, logistics operations, and sustainable mobility principles.· Exposure through academic projects, internships, graduate programmes, or professional experience to transport planning, transport modelling, logistics, infrastructure, or advisory projects would be advantageous.· Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and software applications relevant to transport planning, infrastructure advisory, and logistics consulting.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to prepare clear, structured, and professional reports and presentations.· Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multi-location teams.· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.· Familiarity with analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, GIS, or similar is desirable.· Advantageous, but not required:o Familiarity with transport modelling software such as VISUM, VISSIM, AIMSUN, SIDRA, EMME, or similar.o Familiarity with transport and infrastructure design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.o Exposure to logistics simulation tools such as AnyLogic or similar.o Exposure to programming or analytical tools such as Python, VBA, SQL, or similar.· Proficient written and spoken English is required. Spanish language skills are required for candidates based in Spain or Colombia. For candidates based in other locations, Spanish proficiency would be considered an advantage. Additional language skills are also valued.· Preferred location: Spain (EMEA).
