With this programme, we are looking to hire a Graduate Trainee to join our Data Centre Design and Implementation team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) infrastructure is planned, designed, and implemented in accordance with EITC design standards and requirements.
• Conduct technical evaluations of proposed E&M solutions, equipment, and materials submitted by vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review design documents, shop drawings, and material submittals for various projects, and recommend modifications or improvements where necessary.
• Provide technical support in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of EITC design standards and guidelines related to data centers and telecommunications facilities.
• Prepare and raise RFQs and Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and follow up on approval processes until Purchase Orders (POs) are issued.
• Address technical queries raised by vendors during tendering and evaluation stages, ensuring responses align with established criteria, specifications, and project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams on matters related to E&M systems and infrastructure.
• Support and accommodate day-to-day E&M requirements and operational needs across different departments and project teams.
• Ensure all E&M installations and implementations meet quality, safety, reliability, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and support successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical engineering
• Good Knowledge in Design Tools (MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, AUTOCAD).
• Teamwork & cooperation skills.
• Communication skills.
