We are seeking proactive and detail‑oriented ORM trainees/executives to monitor, analyse, and respond to digital conversations across platforms.
The role includes preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint with clear insights and visual summaries.
The candidate will also review and interpret Punjabi‑language conversations using Punjabi & Gurmukhi script with high accuracy.
This position supports the ORM team in identifying sentiment, trends, and actionable insights to strengthen brand reputation.
