Key purpose of the Job

The Graduate Trainee – Finance will be reporting to the Finance Manager of Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited. You will be responsible for assisting with the achievement of financial KPIs, ensure a sound control environment within the company to ensure assets are safeguarded, maintain integrity of financial statements and provide financial input for decisions/proposals made within the business. You will also be required to partner with the Cross Functional Team, BU Accountant and the CFO effectively. ​

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring the inventory. ​
• Ensure accuracy of management and statutory reports ​
• Adhere to internal and external deadlines for reports and safeguard assets ​
• Ensure all payments are as per group policies, establishing a strong control process ​
• Ensure smooth functioning of the Finance division ​

Education

A Degree in Finance or a passed Finalist of CASL/ ACCA or CIMA

Experience

Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting and analytics​

A good team player with excellent communication skills

2 to 3+ years of experience in Finance which includes 1 years’ management accounting exposure, preferably in a manufacturing organization
