You’ll make a difference by:

Foundational Project Support & Learning:

  • Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities as directed by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.
  • Learn about project scope and requirements during or after TO meetings.
  • Review basic project inputs, identifying initial questions and seeking guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader.

Basic Deliverable Preparation & Quality Checks:

  • Prepare engineering/programming/graphics/estimates or components under close supervision, following established Siemens standards and guidelines.
  • Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial checks on own work before submission.

Active Learning & Engagement:

  • Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers, and Team Leaders on technical concepts, project processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts as skills develop.

Task Completion:

  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given timeframe, communicating progress to the Sr Engineer or Team Leader.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recording of work hours in the timesheet.

Your success is grounded in:

  • BE/ BTech with 6 months of experience
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
  • Able to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from customers and internal partners to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
