PwC Malaysia is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Protégé Trainees in our Advisory practice. This one-year program is designed to provide fresh graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on experience in consulting, specifically focusing on Deals Projects. As a Protégé Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, develop your skills, and contribute to impactful projects.
Being part of the Deals team at PwC typically involves working as part of a team that helps clients deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to completion. Assistinproject managementWork under the guidance of senior consultants to support the planning, implementation, and delivery of large-scaleprojects, working with people from different technical backgrounds
Research and Analysis:Conduct research and analyze industry trends to assistin the development of client solutions and recommendations.
Data Management:Aid in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to support project requirements and deliverables.
Documentation:Assistin creating detailed project documentation, including process flows, reports, and user manuals.
Client Interaction:Support the team in client interactions, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements and deliver insights.
The role can provide valuable experience in both technical and consulting skills, offering insights into the consultingindustryandworking with government clients Hence, you are usually expected to be proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economic, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:Basic understanding of research metholodgy; familiarity with report writingand program / project management(being organized)is a plus.
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiencyin Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Adaptability:Willingness to learn new concepts quickly ,adapt to changing environmentsandbe able to learn on the job
