We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summit team as a Business Development Executive.

This is an in-person role located in our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help new and existing clients enhance and accelerate their business development process.

  • Identifying and onboarding new clients to use our business development solutions.

  • Give clients access to prospects across the targeted markets.

  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional Graduate with a min of a 2.1 or equivalent

  • Positive attitude and able to handle rejection

  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn

  • Demonstrable ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to build a successful career in a high-performance commercial environment.

  • Evidence of achievement—whether academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or extracurricular—is highly valued.

  • Basic Salary: GBP 30,000 per annum plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.
