Key purpose of the Job

As the Graduate Trainee - Human Resources, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Human Resources . You will be required to facilitate and support the recruitment, employee engagement, leave management, training and development and HR services activities.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist payroll operation by providing timely inputs​
• Support Recruitment Process​
• Address employee queries pertaining to benefits​
• Participate in and facilitate company events​
• Review and distribute employee documents in required formats​
• Complete Human Resources related documents and activities (EPF/ETF) ​
• Generate information required by the Management​
• Handling the employee welfare activities​

Education

Graduate in the field of Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university/Institute

Experience

One - year experience in the field of Human Resource Management​
