SEND is building an AI-native freight forwarder and supply chain operating system for businesses moving goods across borders. Our platform replaces fragmented tools, emails, and spreadsheets with a single system of record for international trade.
Beyond logistics software, SEND provides integrated cross-border logistics, customs house brokerage, and trade finance solutions — enabling businesses to operate more efficiently across their entire supply chain.
Our goal is not just to move cargo, but to become the operating infrastructure powering modern trade across Africa and beyond.
We are hiring graduate trainees into a six-month rotational program across our Operations, Customer Experience, and Commercial departments.
We don't expect you to understand shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain. We will teach you. We are looking for people who are brilliant, tech-savvy, comfortable with numbers, write clearly, and have agency.
Your first month will be entirely in a classroom, learning the fundamentals of supply chain and logistics, how SEND works, and completing a series of tests and tasks. In months 2 through 4, you will work in customer care experience and supply chain operations departments. In month 5, you will sell to customers, building on what you’ve already learned from working directly with them throughout your rotations. By month 6, we will place you in a department where we think you are strongest based on your performance, while also taking your preferences into account.
Strong performers are confirmed in a substantive role after 6 months. Reviews will be monthly, and you will most likely know where you stand by month four.
You will be fully paid with benefits like any other staff during this period.
This role is 100% on-site in Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
Complete assigned work and training tasks to the standard set out in each function's operating procedure.
Analyze existing systems and proffer ideas for improvements.
Compile reports and make presentations to managers as required.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
A university degree is required for this role. We value the structured learning and commitment that comes with completing a degree, and we believe it often helps develop critical thinking and the ability to work through complex problems.
We don’t factor in your grades or GPA. A STEM-based degree could be an advantage, but ultimately, it comes down to the individual.
1-3 years of work experience.
It doesn’t really matter where you have worked. We just want you to have had some structured work experience. Experience during your NYSC year counts too.
If you have built something, share it with us — it could be a project or product. We’re also happy to look at your university thesis or final-year project if you think it’s interesting enough.
