As a Graduate or Junior Accountant, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with senior leaders, and receive ongoing mentorship to help you grow. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations
• Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
• Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients
• Participating in team events and monthly tax updates
• Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success

About You:

• 0-2 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
• CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
