Graduate Technology ConsultantThis role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

A Technology Consultant is responsible for creating solution content designed to meet a customer’s business needs. Build andmaintaineffective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. You will learn how to provide the deepest level of product and technology-specificexpertiseto support deal pursuits.

WorkplaceInitially office-based to support the development pathway, with opportunities for a hybrid working model later in the program.

Whatyou’lldo:  

• Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program.

• Gather information appropriately to developan accurateunderstanding of HPE's customers technology infrastructure

• Actively gain market, competition, product and solution knowledgethroughcompany or self-driven trainings, internal or external engagements

• Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product,designand architecture knowledge around HPE and competitive Compute andStoragetechnologies.

• Contribute to the creation ofan appropriate technicalsolution to meet the customer’s requirements

• Maintain good communications with customers and partners.

• Contributetoadvancing opportunities effectively

• Actively support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications

• Engageappropriate additionaltechnical resources as needed

Whatyou’llneed:  

• A completedBachelor’s or Master’sdegree in 2025, or expected to graduate in 2026, in IT, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in the IT sector.

• Up to 12 months of relevant experience

• Strongverbal and written communication skills in English. Any other languages would beadvantageous

• Experience or a proven interest instakeholder management

• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.
