What You Do:

  • Embark on a journey to learn and accelerate your skills, unlocking your fullest potential.
  • Take part in structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and curated development events.
  • Rotate across multiple departments to gain cross-functional exposure and insights into the banking industry.
  • Learn directly from leaders through mentoring, training sessions, and project engagements.
  • Build a strong regional network with fellow Graduate Talents across OCBC Group subsidiaries.

Who You Are:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate from a reputable local or international university, from any major (we welcome diverse academic backgrounds), with max. 2 years of professional full-time experience.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Strong record of extracurricular or organizational involvement, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and initiative.
  • Curious, adaptable, and resilient, with courage to take on challenges and eagerness to grow across disciplines.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
