Job Details:

You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization Memory Compiler Team and will work on significant engineering and implementation tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.

• Create custom physical layouts for memory circuits using advanced CMOS technology

• Master Virtuoso XL to design and validate sophisticated layouts that push technological boundaries

• Execute comprehensive DRC-LVS verification to ensure design rule compliance

• Develop optimized layout floorplans that maximize circuit performance and area efficiency

• Maintain exceptional standards for layout quality and design integrity

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Microelectronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Basic programming skills (UNIX shell scripting, Tcl, Perl).

• Familiar with DRC, LVS, and RV verification and debugging.
