The Women in Leadership Initiative at Baylor University aims to pursue scholarship that transforms the experience of women at work, to develop future female leaders, and to advocate for their success – all while preparing them to shine the light of Christ in the business world.

This is a hands-on role for a graduate student who enjoys bringing ideas to life through strong organization, thoughtful communication, and attention to detail. The GA will work closely with Dr. Kaylee Hackney and play a key role in supporting events, communications, and ongoing initiative development.

• Perform duties outside an academic apartment utilizing knowledge or experience
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
