Work Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week primarily during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8-5pm, with occasional evening and weekend work required

Desired Length of Employment: Fall 2026 and Spring 2027

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Job Description:

The position advances Student Foundation's mission of students serving students by helping remove financial barriers to meaningful extracurricular involvement and fostering equitable access to opportunities that enrich the Baylor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Crenshaw Student Experience Fund.
  • Oversee application intake, documentation review, fund tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with campus departments, organizations, and business offices regarding fund disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate records of grants awarded, student participation, and program outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Crenshaw Student Experience Fund Committee, ensuring applications are reviewed fairly, consistently, and in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase awareness of the Student Experience Fund.
  • Assist with donor stewardship and communications that demonstrate the impact of the fund.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and collect and analyze participation and impact data.
  • Day of show support at all Student Foundation major events, including All-University Thanksgiving, the Bearathon, Homecoming, etc.
  • General support of Student Activities and Student Foundation initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for student leadership development.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrate an active Christian faith commitment.
